Hardcover published 1966 by the author. The jacket is worn, creased and foxed in places, with several patches of water-marking. The yellow cloth boards are clean and square, but corners are beginning to fray. Ownership stamp on first end-paper. Crack starting to the hinge of the title page, that is signed by the author. All bottom corners are water-marked, and there is a sentence underlined in pen on page 55, but the pages are otherwise clean and unmarked.
