Made with rich and creamy milk (brown) and white CALLEBAUT IMPORTED BELGIAN CHOCOLATE.

The order contains:

Slabs are wrapped in foil and labelled. You can choose from milk, white and white and brown (top deck) slabs.

Size: 90 mm x 50 mm and weighs 40 grams each.

MORE ABOUT OUR CHOCOLATE

Dark chocolate contains cocoa mass,also Cocoa Liquor, cocoa butter and sugar.("cocoa liquor" is used to describe as finely ground cocoa beans. During grinding, the mill gets hot and the ground cocoa beans become very fine in particle size and the cocoa butter becomes liquid; in short the finely ground cocoa beans are liquid when they exit the mill. When cocoa liquor is cooled and becomes solid, it is the same as unsweetened baking chocolate. Cocoa liquor has no alcoholic content). The content of cocoa solids; that is the dried fraction of all cocoa substances; varies between 35 and 70% or more.

Milk chocolate Contains the same ingredients as dark chocolate, with milk powder added to givethe chocolate a lighter brown color and a creamy texture and taste

White chocolate contains milk, sugar, cocoa butter but no cocoa liquor (Cocoa liquor has no alcoholic content). That explains the pale, ivory color of this sweet chocolate.

Diabetic chocolate Couverture milk chocolate with sweetener (min. Cacoa: 33%) Ingredients: sweetener: maltitol (wheat), cocoa butter, dry whole milk, unsweetened chocolate, soy lecithin added as emulsifier, natural vanilla flavour. May contain traces of nuts and milkprotein. Excessive consumption may induce laxative effects.GLYCEMIC INDEX Chocolate, milk, plain, low-sugar with maltitol (Belgium): GI: 35±16 GL: 8 per 55 grams.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

  • PAYMENT - Payment is expected within 4 days after close of transaction. An SNC will be filed if no payment or arrangement is received within 7 days.


  • PAYMENT OPTIONS - Electronic fund transfer and cash deposit. No cheques allowed unless arranged. Buyer to pay cash handling fee. R2-60 + 1.05% of the value.


  • PROOF OF PAYMENT - Please email proof of payment to speed up delivery. Use the Bidorbuy order number as reference.


  • POSTAGE - Insured economy parcel for orders under 750 grams = R20-00 postage. For orders 750 grams and more R25-00 plus 3% of the value of the parcel. Orders are packed in a standard box with polystyrene lining inside to protect it from damaging in the heat. Orders can be combined, but must be confirmed upfront with the seller. For security reasons no pick-up available and I do not ship outside South Africa.


  • POSTAGE - Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery, as your order has to be made after proof of payment has been received, in the interest of freshness.
