This Belkin Bluetooth Audio Receiver allows you to turn any set of speakers or sound system into a wireless setup. Plug it into the wall for power and connect it to any speaker system using a standard 3.5mm analogue jack (same as your headphones) and then you can pair to the transmitter from any bluetooth audio transmitter like a laptop or smartphone.
This was originally used in combination with an iPhone 4S and various different sets of speakers with great success. It has a decent range of a few meters when in line of site. Provided you're in the same room, streaming tunes wirelessly should be no problem.
Please note that it was originally purchased in the UK, so it comes with a UK power adapter. You'll need a basic adapter to use it in South Africa.
