The belt sander features a 1000W motor with copper winding and 6-stage adjustable speed control for flexible speed adjustment. The 6 different grits, from coarse to fine, cover all applications (P40, P60, P80, P120, P180 & P240 grits). A total of 12 sanding belts are included and can be attached to the machine.
￣ﾀﾐExactly What You Need￣ﾀﾑThe set includes an additional drive belt and two spare carbon brushes, which extends the service life. The electric belt sander can be connected directly to the vacuum cleaner without an adaptor (both 32 mm and 35 mm vacuum cleaner connections fit). The dust bag is easier to remove than a dust collection box and no dust is spilt during dismantling.
￣ﾀﾐGreater Comfort While Working￣ﾀﾑThanks to the self-locking switch, you don't have to keep the button pressed continuously, which is ideal for long periods of work. The handle and auxiliary grip are coated with rubber to reduce vibration and facilitate prolonged sanding.
￣ﾀﾐPlease Note￣ﾀﾑThe sanding belts can be removed and replaced via a tension release lever. The sander also has an adjustment knob to keep the sanding belt centred on the cylinders. The noise intensity is 103.3 dB at zero load and 92.3 dB at load, which is probably the lowest noise intensity on the market after precise measurement.

Useful Tips:ￂﾠ
1. Always make sure the machine is turned off and the plug is pulled out of the socket before making settings.
2. Run the grinder for one minute to ensure correct alignment before using the grinder on a workpiece.
3. For longer periods of use or for large jobs, it is advisable to use a suitable vacuum cleaner (both 32mm and 35mm vacuum connections).

Steps for applying a sanding belt:
Step 1, Select the desired quality sanding belt.
Step 2, Pull the tension lever.
Step 3: If you install a sandpaper, please slide a sanding belt in the direction of the arrow on the rolls.
Step 4, Fold down the lever.
Step 5: Adjust the track adjustment knob while the sanding belt runs slowly to align the sanding belt to the centre of the roller.
