BENJARONG DISPLAY PLATE

This is vintage Benjarong! ("Benja" or "bencha" means "many" and "rong" is "colours" in the Thai language. This plate is in perfect condition with no chips or cracks although it is about 35 years old. Items like these are not usually sold to tourists anymore. It was hand-painted in the wide range of colours and then all the outlines were done in 18 carat gold.

This is indeed a plate of many colours. It measures 20 cm across. This will be a wonderful addition to any display!

1. The pictures form part of the description. I prefer taking photographs in natural light but if necessary I will use a flash if shadows could influence the appearance of the item too much. You could therefore find photographs of one item taken in natural light and/or with a flash.

2. Please only bid if you are serious about the auction and if you intend to pay.

3. Shipping and postage with tracking for this item is R30.00. I WILL COMBINE SHIPPING FOR ITEMS WON IN THIS SECTION AND THE POSTAGE WILL REMAIN R30.00.

4. Insurance is an optional 2% of the value of the item extra.

5. If you are the winning bidder, complete your purchase as soon as possible.

6. Payment within 48 hours of the closing of the auction. If the money does not reflect
in my account at the latest by MONDAY 12:00 I will RELIST the item without further notice.
