GH-2 is the thickest models among the whole Benro ball head series.

Support additional equipments on top of the lens, such as flash light,

The 4 knobs enable :

1/ adjust the rotation of the bottom, so allows panorama-shot

2/ Firmly lock the quick release plate, stabilized the equipments.

3/ allows vertical adjustment at quick release plate, therefore, up & down movement

4/ allows horizontal adjustment at the equipment

The main difference between GH-2 & GH-1 is, the connection of the lens to GH-2 is horizontally and vertically to GH-1.

Remarks: Quick release plate is not included in GH-2. Listed below the Lens plate models compatible for GH-2

 Introduction:
Benro GH-2 head is a specialized tripod head for heavy telephoto lenses .It allows you to rotate your lens around it center of gravity and thus easily manipulate very large lenses .What's more, it's faster and more stable than the traditional ball head ,realized the function of using the lens from all different side and that's completely adjustable.
The difference from the GH-1 is that when using lens ,it's set flat ,but GH-1is upright .The arca-style quick release is fully adjustable ,allowing the assemble to slide and remove ,to achieve perfect balance.
Benro GH-2 adopts gimbal head design which makes the lens balance.
Note :The GH-2 has a built -in International style quick-release clamp .In order to use the head ,your lens must be equipped with an International style lens plate (Benro PL Series)

Lens Plate:
Additionally ,we design a series of lens plates (PL Series) for all different lense. This QR system offers an exceptionally strong Universal mount design with a safety stop to allow lateral camera positioning yet prevent the plate from accidental removal. When using Benro Gimbal head ,we strongly suggest you to combine it with Benro PL plate.
