Once I sign the package off to the postal services, it is no longer my responsibility. I will email the buyer the tracking number ASAP after posting his/her parcel(s). It is also not in my control whether you receive the tracking number or not, I will however do the best I can to get the tracking number to you. Unfortunately NO orders will be replaced and NO customer will be reimbursed once they have paid for an order unless there was a VALID mistake made on my behalf e.g. advertising a product that is no longer available.
