BERSERKER is stronger than other pre-workout supplements formulated, so it is crucial to follow all label guidelines. To assess your tolerance, begin by mixing just ONE scoop level into 250ml of cold water approximately 30 minutes before workout. If you can tolerate the potency, move to the Berserker dosing protocol below. DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN 2 SERVINGS EVERY 24 HOURS. Do not consume product 4 hours prior to sleeping
¿ BERSERKER DOSING:
Due to the concentration of stimulants and anabolic agents, NEVER exceed this dosage under any circumstances! To really feel the BERSERKER inside you, mix TWO level scoops into 250ml of cold water approximately 30 minutes before workout. DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN 2 SERVINGS EVERY 24 HOURS. Do not consume product 4 hours prior to sleeping
