THE NUMBER 453 IS IMPRESSED IN THE BASE AS ARE THE WORDS "MADE IN ENGLAND" THE SMALL CIRCULAR STAMP OF THE THE MAKER IS ON THE BASE, BUT ONLY PARTLY LEGIBLE..

THE WHITE MARK ON THE BASE IS FROM THE CAMERA/LIGHT.....
