Beswick Rare figure Huntsman on Rearing Horse, First Version 868

Now this is really rare piece 
He is simply called Huntsman(On Rearing Horse) model 868 designed by Arthur Gredington.
This example is style one.In colourway 1 .only available between 1940-1952.and is a First Version.The only available colourways in this version were Brown,Dark Chestnut and Rocking Horse Grey.all gloss .This is a brown example.The huntsman is sitting straight up and his lower legs are vertical.His coat is cut away at the waist.He is riding a common headed horse.
Colourway No 1 is Orangey red coat ,cream breeches.
He really is a wonderful example of this rare model .
These older Beswick pieces really are exceptional.Definitely one for the serious collector.
