The MM 1 measurement microphone can be used anywhere that requires precise results. The MM 1 boasts impressively high measurement precision both live and in the studio. We manufacture these microphones within an extremely narrow tolerance with a deviation of +/- 1.5 dB between 50 Hz and 16 kHz. This is made possible by our specialists checking the frequency response of each individual microphone by hand.
A high-quality back electret condenser capsule serves as pressure receiver in the MM 1. The microphone is diffuse field calibrated and demonstrates a linear frequency response at 90°. This makes it easy to measure studio spaces, for example, without the need for too much preparation.
