Material appears in good order. Each hat is sealed in the original plastic issue sleeve. Manufacturer markings and labels are evident. Items are UNISSUED - HAVING NEVER BEEN USED. Pieces are Military Surplus.

An EXCELLENT example, of an UNISSUED - Border War 1980s , SADF Nutria Fielddress Bush Hat 'Boshoed'. These items appear in a VF+ state of preservation, with all necessary fittings. All fastening press-studs, ventilation grommets & foliage retention loops are present. Material is in good order- with each item remaining sealed in the original issue plastic sleeve. Bush Hat linings are complete with all manufacturer and sizing labels. These items are Unissued Fielddress uniform items - that have been subject to storage since the conversion to the current uniform attire. 

These pieces would have been utilised by all SA Defence Force personnel, serving within the Republic  - as well as - in the Operational Area ( SWA/ Angola). The Bush Hat / Boshoed became an iconic feature of the Nutria Fielddress Uniform attire both during and after the Conflict.
