PLEASE NOTE:  On the photo below you can see 4 groups of lady amerst pheasant feathers.  The first (top) group are a few big, hard quill-feathers of which there are just about 16.  The 60 packets mentioned above are made up of the lower 3 groups only. 

They do NOT include the very top hard quill feathers - these 16 will be included for free.
