Big old metal first aid kit

Please note postage option is Paxi - large bag, 7 to 9 days. I do not use Post Office or work directly with couriers, If you prefer to use a courier, please note, you will need to arrange the courier and the payment will be for your account. Packaging fee of R25 is included with the postage amount if Paxi is used. If not, please note R 25 to be paid with item cost. I will still need to pack the item for the courier as the item is very old and will be damaged if not protected.
