The WaterInca Granular Activated Carbon filter is highly effective in removing taste, odour, chlorine, benzene, and organic compounds and contaminants from water. Granular activated carbon media maximizes the surface area contact with the water in the filter, improving the success of adsorbing the unwanted contaminants.
Our GAC filter cartridges use high grade granular activated coconut shell, nut shell or coal based carbon media. The filter design also allows the water to flow through only one way, increasing the contact time with the carbon media, and more effectively removing the unwanted contaminants.
