Determining your Bra Size:

Grab a tape measure (measuring in INCHES) and measure yourself, or ask a friend to measure you.

Band size:

Measure your underbust (there where the bra band sits) with the measuring tape flat against your body and parallel to the floor. Your measurement in inches in equal to the band size (36 inches, size 36). It is important that the band sits tight, as it must carry the bulk weight of your breasts. Usually on can wear your band size and one size bigger (I.e: 34 inches can wear 34 and 36)

Cup Size.

Now, measure your bust over the biggest part of your breasts (usually inline with the nipples). If you have a bra which sits comfortably and doesn't make your bust look smaller, you can wear this when measuring. 

Take your cup measurement (e.g: 42 inches) minus your band measurement (e.g: 36 inches) to determine your cup size:

42 inches - 36 inches = 6 inches (work with this number)

Your cup size are as follows:

>1 inch: AAA Cup

1 Inch: A Cup

2 inches: B Cup

3 Inches: C Cup

4 Inches: D Cup

4.5 Inches: DD Cup

5 Inches: E Cup

6 Inches: F Cup

6.5 inches: FF Cup

7 inches: G Cup

7.5 Inches: GG Cup
