This is a Purpose Made Injection Moulded Polycarb Food Grade Plastic, Biltong Making Machine/Dryer
(this is not a converted bucket, or dustbin. It has been made to be aesthetically attractive so that it can stand on your bar counter and you can be proud of your home made biltong!)
If the optional drying racks are purchased this machine can also be used to dry fruit, herbs, flowers etc. (Very Popular!)
