after frequent power cuts in my area.

This card has corrupt bios issue, it shows up in device manager fine, detects in AMD control panel, then either gives me a blue screen :(, or switches off, display is not showing all of a sudden on hdmi slot, but the card picks up in safe mode with no issues.
