Recommended for boosting strong nails & healthy hair, biotin is a water-soluble vitamin that can't be produced by the body and is normally sourced from food so supplementation may be recommended.

Biotin Max is a super-strength Biotin supplement enriched with calcium. Biotin is part of the B complex (Vitamin B7) that helps our bodies convert food into energy and metabolize fats and proteins.

If you dont get enough biotin, youll see thinning of hair, scaly skin, and brittle nails.

Take 2 tablets daily with water. For best results, take 1 capsule twice daily, 20-30 minutes before a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Drinking plenty of water alongside the tablets will help keep your skin and hair hydrated.
