Biozest Drink is the basis of the Biozest 4 Life Regimen. It forms an important building block to achieve optimum nutrition. It supplies many essential nutrients and enhances the efficiency of all other Biozest Condition-Specific Whole Body Foods.

As basic supplement:

Drink at least 200ml to 300ml Ready to Drink three (3) times a day (more than 500ml in total) with meals (if possible) and between meals as often as you like.

Athletes

Drink as per basic supplement routine + drink 200ml ten to 15 minutes before training / event, drink as much as you feel your body require during training/event to prevent dehydration + drink 200ml after training/event to improve recovery.
