BIRCHWOOD CASEY ALUMINIUM BLACK - 90ML

A quick DIY fix to coating up mars on an aluminium surface when impact or otherwise abbrasion might have removed the paint or anodizing finish. This does work better than the touch-up pen and has longer-lasting results, but not as portable and you'll need to work carefully. Please see the embedded videos - on some aluminium substrates, a little more preparation work is advisable, whereas on others, where a perfectly even finish w/ the existing / factory finish or coating isn't really necessary, little preparation needs to be performed.

As always - please use a material sample to use this product on, to see if the finish is desireable, before utilizing for the intended application / the job that needs to be done.

Very handy for touchhing up flashlights, laser pointer modules, knives, rifle mounting brackets. telescope turret caps and of course, air rifle actions, barrels, shrouds, air reservoirs and triggers, if so desired.

Birchwood Casey Aluminum Black Metal Finish

The room temperature chemical used by gunsmiths and industry to blacken aluminum parts. Restores scratched and marred areas quickly. Fast-acting liquid is easy to apply with no dimensional change. Color will vary from deep gray to black depending on alloy. Aluminum Black Metal Finish is also excellent for blackening name plates, plaques, trophies and other engraved items.
