Once payment is received we can either send you just the license key in an email in which case no shipping fees will be required, or deliver your DVD/Boxes via courier (refer to shipping charges)

STEP 1:

Remove other security solutions from your computer by running the Bitdefender uninstall tool to remove any previous Bitdefender related files:

 1.1: Remove any other security software that you have installed on the system, by using the manufacturer uninstall steps. You can find a list of known common security solutions, in our article at the following URL: http://www.bitdefender.com/support/-1107.html

 1.2: Now restart the system and proceed with the installation of Bitdefender 2017.

 STEP 2:

Install Bitdefender 2017 on your system.

 2.1  Go to your Bitdefender Central account

 NOTE: If you don’t have an account already, please sign up for one at the following URL: https://central.bitdefender.com/  

 2.2 Select the My Devices panel.

 2.3 In the My Devices window, click INSTALL Bitdefender.

 2.4 Click on the Download button to download the installation agent

 2.5 Wait for the download to complete, then run the installer (right click on the file you’ve saved > Run as administrator)

 2.6 In order to activate your license key, click on the My Subscriptions panel and select the

Activation Code button. A box will appear in which you would simply need to insert your code before clicking the Activation Code button once more.
