The skirt has the pencil and mermaid elements. It's a retro styled pin-up skirt that is modest and sexy. It has a wide waistband with a hidden zipper in side and button on the front and ruffles on the bottom. It has two swoops of contrasting fabric down the front with three buttons in the top.
