The key to the answer is in the question of using this method of divination. This sounds simple, but if you aren't getting an answer, refine the question and make it more targeted. For example, "is it going to rain?" The answer will be "yes!" it will rain - but you might want to know if it will rain this afternoon! That changes the answer - so make sure you are very clear and explicit in your questions, and keep on asking them, refining them, and digging deeper to get the correct answer to your question.
