 UNUSUAL BLACK PEARL STERLING SILVER RING WITH ROSE GOLD HUE ACCENT INSIDE DOUBLE OPEN-WORK OVAL FRAME

This unusual, contemporary ring is crafted in sterling silver. A simple medium sterling silver shank supports the 27mm long x 17mm wide ring head which is an elongated oval with an off centre oval cutout, leaving a broader area at the bottom than the top. This is part of a double open-work oval frame. Held in the 'bowl' of the slightly scooped bottom oval is a black pearl, held in place by a hinged smaller openwork oval above. The inside of the lower oval has been finished in a rose gold hue, adding a lovely contrast to the glossy black pearl and the bright, white silver. The piece weighs a hefty 7.35grams and bears the 925 hallmark indicating sterling silver. A matching pair of earrings (item 4198) is available.
