I have had this item for 1 month, it is an unwanted gift. It has been opened, and is still in new condition, but has a slight mark on the back cover (not a scratch and not wear and tear) ... it was there straight out the box. It has only been used for a month, but has only ever made and received about 7 or 8 phonecalls and a few sms's. It is a great phone with a huge screen, the only reason I am selling it is because I do not want to use the blackberry service.
