All our handsets have been approved by Icasa which is the standard certification here in SA for all used electronic equipment
Colours
Please note that whilst we will endeavour to supply the handset in the colour displayed in the image above this is not always possible. If you require a specific colour please advise us before you purchase and we will see if the colour is in stock.
Grade A+ condition
As our handsets are pre-owned we use a grading system to describe the phone, we only buy grade A+ pre-owned handsets, this means the phone will be in excellent condition with Little or no signs of usage.
Email services
Please note that any handsets with email services are subject to network compatibility, blackberry email services will have to be added to your local subscription.
Sim Free
Sim free means that the handset is unlocked and ready to use on any gsm network in South Africa or the world. This includes Vodacom, MTN and CellC.
Packaging
We offer no frills that’s why we are the cheapest. The handset will be packaged in a padded envelope complete with mains charger only.
Delivery
Delivery is R100 on top of the auction winning price or buy it now price. This will be automatically added to the final price before you make payment. All our phones will be delivered within 5 working days by fully insured hand to hand courier and we do not deliver to PO boxes, only physical addresses will be accepted as delivery address. Please note that in the event of an insurance claim, this can take upto 90 days to resolve.
Warranty and exchange
All our handsets come with a standard 14 day Guaranteed working warranty. Although our handsets are thoroughly checked before despatch in the unlikely event that your phone does not work when you receive it or if it fails within the first 14 days then you can return the handset for an immediate exchange or refund.
Payment
Winning bidders are required to pay in full within 48 hours of the closing of the auction. If you do not pay within 48 hours we will file an SNC (sale not completed) with bid or buy to get our bidorbuy feed back.
