Please allow between 7 to 14 business days for shipping. We do attempt to hold stock in Durban but this is not always possible. All items are received by couriers, pre-tested and then sent to our valued customers. Local shipping charges apply via Speed services counter to counter service @ R95 including insurance.If you wish to pick up from our offices, the shipping charge included in the price, is waived.

Satisfaction Warranty

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item in an unused condition within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund of your purchase price less cost of international and local shipping which is set at a total of R495.

One (1) year local warranty on parts only. Applies to failure not related to physical damage or liquid damage. Warranty excludes labour and software corruption which, is beyond our control.
