BLACKBERRY BOLD 9700
The phone is refurbished but is provided in great condition. There is an issue with the keypad lock so please read the description below.

The phone is an MTN unit but is unlocked and will work 100% on any network!
The phone 2 minor issues! LCD Screen is basically spotless!
Issue #1 = The button that unlocks the keypad does not seem to be working. It is quite stiff compared to the mute key... It clicks but again not the same as the mute key... When pressed it does not lock/unlock the phone.
Issue # 2 = The phone has cosmetic damage around the audio port as show in the the picture. The audio port is not damaged in any way, it is purely a cosmetic flaw.
Refurbished means the following:
1.) The middle housing (black part) was damaged in a way that caused the front face not to fit correctly, this has been replaced with a secondhand but genuine part and the front face fits correctly. (The front face is a BOLD 9780 replacement part.)
2.) The phone had a damaged keypad membrane. This has been replaced with a brand new Genuine BlackBerry part and all the keys function perfectly.
3.) The phone had a damaged LCD and has been fitted with a replacement part (not OEM and the quality is not that of an original screen).
4.) The phone did not come with a MicroSD card. This has been replaced with a brand new genuine SanDisk replacement part.
As I have stated, the phone is 100% working and more than likely in better condition than I have described. Due to the repairs carried out on this phone, it will last for a very long time still! If the phone is not as I have described, I will give you your money back and i will hold that for 30 days.
