Shipping:

Please allow between 7 to 14 business days for shipping. We do attempt to hold stock in Durban but this is not always possible. All items are received by couriers, pre-tested and then sent to our valued customers.

Shipping Guarantee.

We guarantee that your item will be delivered to you within the stipulated time. Should for any reason whatsoever, your item be only deliverable to you within a period exceeding 14 working days, you will have the option of a FULL CANCELLATION and refund of the total price. 

Payment

Please transfer payment promptly. It will ensure prompt processing of your order. Estimated delivery times are calculated from date of payment, not date of order.

Satisfaction Warranty

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item in an unused condition within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund of your purchase price less cost of international and local shipping which is set at a total of R495.

Warranty

One (1) year local warranty on parts only. Applies to failure not related to physical damage or liquid damage. Warranty excludes labour and software corruption which, is beyond our control.

Ratings

We aim to provide the best products at competitive prices that will result in both buyer and seller satisfaction and further result in both buyer and seller rating one another in a positive way.

You can only rate us negatively under the following circumstances.

1. If we do not ship the item to you. ( This has never happened and will never happen )

2. If the item that is sent to you is not what is described and we make no attempt to remedy the situation. ie: replace the item or offer a refund. (this too will never happen. We will never deliberately sent an incorrect or different item to that which is described)

3. Under certain circumstances, we may run out of stock due to circumstances beyond our control. You will always be informed of any event affecting your purchase and a replacement , alternate or refund will be offered. Should this condition occur, you cannot rate us negatively.
