The volume up button is not responding but the voulme can be turned up or down from the settings. It is relatively cheap to replace and can be done yourself.

• The item does come with the original box and generic charger only.

• The model is Q5, it runs on Blackberry OS, has 2GB of Ram, uses a micro sim and has a 5mp camera.

• The items will be delivered via courier delivery to main centres only.
