The phone was only used for a few weeks when the slide out section was accidentally bent (see pic below). The slide still works fine and the phone operates 100% except for the screen keyboard - the touch screen works fine otherwise. The physical keypad works 100%.

The body of the phone is otherwise in excellent condition.

Comes in box with all accessories except memory card.
