NOTE:
Try out the best setting for you before doing the final strap-on.
Number 1 is probably best for most folks - it just a comfortable gentle pulsing.
Also take time to "connect" with your Blood Purifier.
It is important that the little sponges are correctly moistened with salt water before starting.
Too little wetting and you may not feel the pulsing - too much water and the pulse may just be too strong.  It's a good idea to rinse the little sponges when done so that the salt does not solidify on them.
