Directions: Apply a cream-scrub by fingertips to the cleansed face, avoiding the area around eyes. Gently massage in a circular motion for 2-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean cool / warm water. Then apply toner and face cream of BLUE THERM line. Use 1-2 times a week or as needed.
