Item was delivered but the clip of the headset broke the same day on first attempted use; I have not been able to use the device since the day of delivery. After series e-mails between me and the seller I requested he sends me the address I should return the item to but he has not responded to my mail. It is now getting to three weeks since I recieved the defective item. I am not happy with this deal at all ! Thanks.
