The HC-06 Bluetooth module allows your device to send or receive the TTL data via Bluetooth technology without connecting a serial cable to your computer. Just Power, Ground, RX, TX must be connected and you can send data to/from Arduino development boards.
The onboard LED displays the connection status- flashing means no active connection and normally on means it's connected successfully. The LED will continue to flash after pairing until there is an active connection to another device.
