Directions for use:

Take one heaped scoop, 35 g of Tone-a-Lean, add to 350 ml of skimmed milk (or water) and shake well. Add skimmed milk or water to taste.

For a thicker creamier effect, add 1 x 35 g serving of Tone-a-Lean and 350 ml of skimmed milk to a blender. You may also add fruit or cereal if so desired.
