The Bob Go Premium subscription is the most sought after plan available and includes the following features:

Terms & Conditions:

• Once it is confirmed that you are the auction winner, you will need to create your account on Bob Go: https://my.bobgo.co.za/register
• Once the registration has been completed, the account will be adjusted to a Premium plan, where no subscription charges (R2298.85 incl VAT) will apply for the following 12 months. Thereafter, subscription charges will apply relevant to the ongoing plan that is selected. See plan options here: https://www.bobgo.co.za/pricing
• It is important to note that any shipping charges incurred shall not be covered by the subscription plan and shall be for the merchants account.
• To qualify for a postpaid account, past courier statement records and billing information will be required.
• This package is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative offer.

• The subscription will commence on the date that the auction winner registers an account on the Bob Go platform. 
• If you are not a current Bob Go user, you have until 31 December 2023 to register.
• If you are a current Bob Go user, you have until 31 December 2023 to contact us in order for us to apply the adjustment to your current Bob Go plan. 
• Should the auction winner not register or contact us by 31 December 2023, the 12-month subscription will automatically start on 1 January 2024 regardless and will forfeit the full 12-month period, resulting in a shorter subscription at the same auction price. The subscription (at the winning bid amount) will end on 31 December 2024.
• If you don't contact us by 31 December 2023, you will forfeit the amount paid for in the R1 auction, as it is non-refundable. 
• If you win the auction and don't pay within 7 working days, you forfeit the subscription and the Bob Go Plan will be offered to the second highest bidder.
