Each 10ml tube contains enough paint to completely cover two full faces or will go much much further when painting smaller, more intricate designs. Spread onto a make up pallet or the back of you hand and apply with finger tips or a makeup brush for best effects, then expose to bright light or UV light to allow the paint to charge, it'll then glow brightly in the dark!
