A Boer War Medal to Commemorate Peace (Prematurely) in 1900.
Obv: Queen Victoria surrounded by three generals, Roberts, Buller and Kitchener.
Rev: Winged Victory in flight over an artillery piece and a pyramid of three rifles. VICTORY, LIBERTY AND PEACE.
Gilt. Diameter 38.2 mm. Mass 12.8 gm. In damaged case of issue.

These medals were sometimes presented as prize medals at sporting events to celebrate peace. This one for a sporting contest at Ravensbourne on June 30th, 1900.
