A Boer War-era "A Gentleman in Kharki" celluloid figurine. Manufactured in 1902, this was one the very first "plastic" models ever produced.
The figurine, which stands 6cm tall, is generally in very good condition but, as with most of these models, the rifle strap is broken. Apart from this, there is minimal wear to this highly detailed model. There are a couple of dirt marks, which I'm sure can be easily removed - but I haven't attempted to do this.
