A Boer War-era British pattern 1901 bandolier which belonged to H.W. Seager, who fought with the Natal Carbineers in the Natal 1906 rebellion.
He obviously altered the bandolier by removing some of the ammo pouches to make room for a larger pouch and bayonet frog. The bandolier is stamped with "Martin Patented Birmingham" on one side and his name (twice) on the other, along with the British military arrow.
The belt and ammo pouches are in very good condition, as is the extra pouch. The bayonet frog has a piece of thinner leather attached where it fits on the bandolier, and this leather has a small tear to it.
