This Message Pouch belonged to a Charles "Charlie" Barnett who was a Trooper with the Natal Carbineers during the Boer War ( See photocopy scan of MUSTER ROLL below) & Was also awarded the 1906 Natal Rebellion Medal ( See photocopy scan of MEDAL ROLL below)
