Up for auction is a pair of Boer War Pom Pom Shells. These shells have been made one into a cup and the other into a milk jug. The milk jug is missing the handle. The one shell has on its base the marking (VM & S) within a circle. According to my knowledge this stands for Vickers Maxim and Son. Items are in good condition.
