Boer War Postcards & Lead Soldier Diorama
The 30 postcards show scenes of St Helena during the period when Boers were kept there as Prisoners of War.
It looks like a POW made some cryptic comments in writing on some of the cards. As an example, on the picture shown, the POW is lying in front of Napoleon's residence with the "x" marking "The room in which Napoleon died".
