QSA / KSA correctly named to 5091 Sjt / Mr Tr (Tailor) J (James) O'Hara 5th Lancers - clasps all confirmed on the roll.

War medal / Victory medal correctly named to Sjt J. O'Hara 2nd MC (War medal) and Sjt J. O'Hara 6th SAI (Victory medal).

From what records I have it seems he was stationed at Fort Napier in PMB for a time. 

QSA - seems the dates were removed (so type 3 QSA).

Court mounted for display.
