Boer war concentration camp bone needle, carved from bone and engraved with Boer camp Ceylon 1902, the end of the needle is a finely sculpted clenched fist for freedom, this item is very rare because not many survived the passage of time, the boothook also have a bone handle but it is not engraved, these items came also with a boerwar medal that is sold seperately on BoB.
