The front, depicting the hammer and sickle is in good condition. The rear depicts a Kharkov factory named after Malyshey,  has  a thin scratch.  The factory was a secret plant where tanks and weapons were manufactured which was sold by USSR to Angola and Ethiopia and used against South African troops during the border war. There might be a slight difference in colour from the scan and original document.
