An EXCELLENT example of Border War, 1960s SADF Brass & Enamel Inlay Marksman's Proficiency Breast Badge w/ Pins. This piece appears to be in a VF state of preservation, with detailed Relief on  obverse. All insignia present. Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. Enamel inlay is complete, and Metallic fixtures are intact. All retention Pins are present.

This Insignia would have been worn by members of the SA Defence Force- during the late 1960s as part of their Service Dress Uniform ; indicating that they had completed the qualification requirements for Marksman's Proficiency.
