An EXCELLENT example of Border War, 1980s SA Navy Commissioned Officer's Deck Cap w/ Bullion Insignia. This piece appears to be in a VF/F state , with detailed Relief on  obverse. All insignia present. Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. Hat is complete with lining, peak, tally and chin strap.

This piece would have been utilised by junior Commissioned Officer's of the South African Navy , for deck duty on board vessels.
